The waste lithium battery processing equipment production line has a high degree of automation, and only about 3 operators are needed. It adopts PLC control and processing, and the hourly output is 500KG and 1000kg.
Environmentally friendly and convenient The waste lithium battery processing equipment production line adopts an exhaust gas treatment system through multiple processes such as dust removal, oxidation combustion, spray tower and activated carbon adsorption to ensure that the waste gas meets the emission standards; the dust recovery system uses a bag pulse dust collector to efficiently recover black powder and reduce waste.

1, Shredder: Shredded lithium batteries into smaller pieces, about 25mm.
2.Low temperature volatilization furnace:dealing with exhaust gas
3, No.1 Hammer crusher: Further hammer crush material to 10mm pieces.
4, Rotary Screen: Collect 55%~60% battery powder.
5, Magnetic Separator: Separate iron from the materials.
6, Air Sorter: Separate diaphragm, separation rate about 99%.
7, No.2 Crusher: Further crush the material to 6mm pieces.
8 Spin Vibration Sieve: Collect 35% battery powder. Up till now about 95% battery powder is collected.
9, High Speed Vortex Mill: Crush and grind the materials(mainly copper and aluminum) to form granules with consistent specifications.
10, Spin Vibration Sieve: Collect 4~5% battery powder. Up till now about 99% battery powder is collected.
11, Gravity Sorter: Separate copper from aluminum, separation rate about 99%

The positive electrode is formed by coating lithium cobaltate powder on two sides ofan aluminum foil current collector through PVDF which plays a bonding role;The negative electrode structure is similar to the positive electrode and consists of carbon powder bonded toboth sides of the copper foil current collector. At present, the research on the recycling of wastelithium batteries is mainly focused on the recovery of high-value anode precious metals cobaltand lithium. Copper in the negative electrode of waste lithium battery (content up to 35%) is animportant production raw material widely used.Carbon powder adhered to it can be used asadditives such as plastics and rubber. Based on the structural characteristics of lithium batteries,our company adopts an environmentally-friendly physical separation process to realize efficientseparation and recovery of waste lithium batteries.
