Equipment Required for Charcoal Production:

Crusher: Used for crushing raw materials. The raw materials for charcoal production can vary, such as oak, birch, beech, maple, pine, fir, poplar, coconut shells, apricot shells, walnut shells, olive pits, rice husks, wheat straw, corn stalks, cotton stalks, hemp stalks, sunflower stalks, palm leaf stems, etc. Coconut shells, in particular, have the highest carbon content and are the best material for making charcoal. The crusher crushes these materials into pieces around 3 cm in size, which can then be dried.
Dryer: Mainly used to reduce the moisture content of raw materials, thus improving the efficiency of charcoal production. After crushing, the raw materials typically have a moisture content of 50%-70%. The dryer can reduce the moisture content to around 20%. Common types of dryers include rotary dryers and airflow dryers. The choice of dryer depends on the production capacity. For raw materials up to 2 tons per hour, an airflow dryer is suitable, while for over 2 tons per hour, a rotary dryer is preferred.
Continuous Carbonization Furnace: This is the key equipment in charcoal production. The dried raw materials are conveyed into the continuous carbonization furnace for carbonization. There are several models available, with output capacities ranging from 500 kg to 2000 kg per hour. The carbonized charcoal products can be made into activated carbon or mechanical charcoal, with a finished size of about 3 cm.
Briquette Machine: The briquette machine is used to form charcoal into briquettes, with a typical diameter of about 5 cm and lengths ranging from 10 cm to 15 cm.

Stable Product Quality: The carbonization temperature is precisely controlled (±10℃), and the fixed carbon content of the finished charcoal can reach 75%-90%. The ash content is low (<5%), and the calorific value is high (7000-8000 kcal/kg).
High Automation: The entire production process can be fully automated. The continuous production design allows for a production capacity of 2-10 tons per day.
